Managing orders after a deal locks

When the deadline passes, the deal locks at the highest tier reached. Open the deal in My Listings to see every joiner with their unit count and shipping address.

Fulfilment flow

1. Prepare orders using each joiner's shipping address (visible on the order detail page).
2. Dispatch via your preferred courier.
3. In your dashboard mark each order Mark Shipped and paste the tracking number.
4. Buyers see tracking immediately and can follow the courier.
5. When the courier marks the package delivered, the order enters the dispute window.
6. After the dispute window closes with no issues, payout is released to your wallet.

Communication wins disputes

Most disputes are about silence, not about the product. A short note from you on the order chat at every step ("shipped today", "out for delivery tomorrow") prevents most issues.

If you cannot fulfil

Do not stay silent. From the order page tap Cannot fulfil and pick a reason. Buyers are refunded in full and your seller score takes a smaller hit than if they had to open a dispute.
