Service Fulfillment Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Service Confirmation
A service is considered fulfilled when the buyer confirms delivery from their dashboard, or when 7 days have elapsed after the seller marks the service delivered without a dispute being raised. Once fulfillment is confirmed, seller payouts are released.
Event Tickets
Digital tickets are delivered to the buyer's Cheaply inbox before the event date. If a ticket fails to grant entry, the dispute must be raised immediately at the venue. Post-event disputes are not accepted under any circumstances. Buyers are advised to test their tickets before arriving at the venue where possible.
Cancellation by Seller
If the seller cancels a service or event, all participants receive a full refund to their Cheaply Wallet automatically. No action is required from the buyer. The refund is processed within 24 hours of the cancellation being confirmed.
Quality Disputes
Buyers have 7 days from the date the seller marks the service delivered to raise a dispute if the service was not rendered as described on the deal page. Disputes must include a clear description of how the service differed from what was advertised. Evidence such as photos or communications may be attached to support the case.
Digital Goods
Digital goods are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery if the content is inaccessible or materially different from the deal description. Once the content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund is issued. Buyers should verify access before downloading or consuming digital content.
