How seller payouts work
After a deal locks, fulfilled, and the dispute window closes with no open issues, the buyer's payment moves from escrow into your Cheaply wallet. From there you can withdraw to your bank.
The payout amount
Payout per unit equals locked tier price minus the marketplace fee. The marketplace fee is shown in your seller analytics for every deal, before lock and after, so there are no surprises.
Example:
- Tier 3 locked at N4,000 per unit
- 50 joiners paid N4,000 = N200,000 collected
- Marketplace fee (shown on your analytics) is deducted
- The remainder lands in your wallet when all orders complete the dispute window
Timing
Payouts are unit-by-unit, not deal-by-deal. As each order completes its dispute window, that order's share of the payout is released. So you may see payments trickling into your wallet over several days as orders mature.
Withdrawing
From /wallet tap Withdraw. KYC must be verified. Business accounts also need a CAC certificate on file. Minimum N500 per withdrawal. Funds typically arrive at your bank within 1-2 business days.
