Reporting issues

We rely on the community to keep Cheaply safe. Reports go to our Trust and Safety team and are reviewed within 48 hours.
How to report
- Suspicious deal or seller: open the three-dot menu on the deal card and pick Report. Choose a reason and add a short note.
- Suspicious user behaviour (DMs, harassment): use the report option from the user's profile or in the inbox thread.
- Critical fraud or active scam: email [email protected] and include your username, the deal or user in question, and any evidence. Tag the email urgent so we triage faster.
- Security vulnerability: email [email protected] with details. Please do not publish the issue before we have had a chance to fix it.
What we do with reports
Reports are confidential. The reported party does not see who reported them. Repeat reports against the same user get reviewed together, so even if your single report did not trigger immediate action, it counts.
Where we find a violation we may warn the user, restrict their account, remove their listings, or in serious cases ban them permanently.
