Address verification is a second step that some accounts are asked to complete. It confirms that the address on your profile matches a real document.
When is it requested?
- For larger withdrawals
- For sellers reaching high payout volumes
- During dispute escalation, where address mismatch was a flag
What documents work
Any one of:
- Utility bill (NEPA, water, etc.) issued in the last 3 months
- Bank statement issued in the last 3 months
- Tenancy or lease agreement
- Government-issued letter
The document must show your full name and the address you have on Cheaply.
How to submit
From your dashboard open Verification and tap Add address proof. Upload a clear photo or PDF. Most submissions are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
