Business verification (CAC)

If your Cheaply account is for a registered business and you want to receive payouts to a business bank account, you must upload your CAC certificate.
What we need
- A clear photo or scan of your CAC certificate (the full document, not just the front page)
- The business name on the certificate must match the business name on your storefront
- The directors listed on the certificate should include the verified person on your Cheaply account
Why
Business payouts go to a corporate account, which is held to stricter compliance rules than personal accounts. The CAC certificate is the standard proof Nigerian banks expect.
How to submit
From Verification open Business verification and upload the certificate. You will be asked for the registered business name and the RC number from the certificate. Reviews typically take 2-3 business days.
