Cheaply fees and charges

Cheaply charges only when value is delivered. The full list of fees that may apply to your account:

Top-up fee

Charged by the payment gateway (Paystack or Flutterwave), not by Cheaply. Shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. Cheaply does not add a markup.

Marketplace fee

Deducted from seller payouts when a deal locks and is fulfilled. The exact rate is configured per category and is visible in your seller analytics for every deal both before lock and after.

Withdrawal fee

A small flat or percentage fee on each withdrawal, shown before you confirm. Covers the bank rails cost.

Promotion Pool platform fee

Applied to the total budget of a Promotion Pool campaign. Included in the per-slot price participants see.

What Cheaply never charges
