Withdrawing funds from your wallet

Withdrawals send your Cheaply wallet balance to a Nigerian bank account.
Before you can withdraw
- Your KYC must be verified. See Why KYC matters.
- If you are withdrawing to a business account, your CAC certificate must be on file. See Business verification (CAC).
- Minimum withdrawal is N500.
How to withdraw
- Open
/wallet. - Tap Withdraw.
- Enter the bank name, account number, and account name.
- Confirm the amount and the displayed fee.
- Submit.
Withdrawal requests appear in your My Withdrawals page with status: pending, processing, paid, or rejected. Funds typically arrive at your bank within 1-2 business days.
Common rejection reasons
- Account name does not match the verified KYC name
- Account number wrong or closed
- Bank not supported (we use Paystack rails; check the supported list before retrying)
If rejected, the funds are not lost - they return to your Cheaply wallet immediately.
